Stop the Kingpin Once and for All

Manuel Coto-Martinez, aka 'Horse Slaughter Kingpin,' was arrested again for abusing horses and charged with nine counts of animal cruelty and one count of causing cruel death with pain and suffering.

But he is now back on the streets! Once again, he was immediately released -- and nothing is stopping him from torturing more animals.
